Cake & Cork is owned and run by Missy Bochatey, a self-taught baker and food artist based in Venice, California.
Founded in 2014 as a hobby bakery for friends and family who often enjoyed her confections alongside a great bottle of wine, Cake & Cork quickly evolved into a formal, boutique bakery providing custom decorated cookies, party cakes, and seasonal pies. Missy knows that combing high quality ingredients and a discerning eye for detail are the foundation for creating the best dinner party-worthy desserts. Just add your favorite bottle of vino (or two)!
Cake & Cork uses Bob's Red Mill Flour, King Arthur Flour, Valrhona cocoa powder, Callebaut chocolate, Nielsen-Massey extracts, organic sugar and free range eggs. Local, organic ingredients are prioritized when available. Limited Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low-Sugar options available.
All items are baked and stored in a facility that contains gluten, nuts and dairy.
